Detailed Description
Statement Reference The sex combs of Utx[1]/Utx[f01321] males contain fewer teeth (6-8) than wild type (~10). Homozygous wings are wrinkled, have venation defects, are down-curved, and have an irregular margin. Utx[1]/Utx[f01321] wings sometimes contain fluid-trapped blisters. (Herz et al., 2010) The wing notching phenotype of Ser[1] or Df(1)N-8 heterozygotes is dominantly suppressed by Utx[f01321]. (Herz et al., 2010)
