Reference
Under normal fed conditions, RagC[EY11726] clones in the larval fat body show in a potent decrease in cell size compared with neighbouring control cells. Under starvation conditions, RagC[EY11726] clones in the larval fat body have no effect on cell size compared to controls.
The increase in cell area relative to control cells that is seen in cells in the fat body that are expressing Rheb[EP50.084-loxP] is enhanced if the animals are also homozygous for RagC[EY11726].
