	The P{UASp-YFP.Rab27.Q74L}07 insertion maps to chromosome 2 based on segregation of the mini-w marker from a second chromosome balancer in crosses. This location contradicts that given for the insertion in FBrf0203184 (a location within the w gene on the X chromosome, based on flanking sequence information). This previous mapping of the insertion to the w gene based on flanking sequence probably arose due to some sort of rearrangement of the construct upon transposition. (Cook, 2008.10.21)
