Description

A set of transgenic insertion stocks derived by TE mobilization using the Tni\piggyBac-based construct PBac{SAstopDsRed}. The PBac{SAstopDsRed} construct carries a Disc\RFP marker expressed in the eye; to increase insertional mutagenicity, it contains splice acceptors followed by three-frame translational stops in both orientations. The collection consists of second- and third-chromosome lines carrying proximal Scer\FRT sites, to facilitate mosaic analyses.
