The attP cassette of the Mi{MIC} element has been replaced with the attB protein-trap cassette from the pBS-KS-attB1-2-PT-SA-SD-1-KillerRed-V5 plasmid by phiC31-mediated recombination. The attB protein-trap cassette contains Zzzz\KR (photoinducible "KillerRed") and a T:SV5\V5 tag.
