The attP cassette of the Mi{MIC} element has been replaced with the attB protein-trap cassette from the pBS-KS-attB1-2-PT-SA-SD-0-TagRFP-T-3xHA plasmid by phiC31-mediated recombination. The attB protein-trap cassette contains the "TagRFP-T" version of Zzzz\eqFP578 and a 3xT:Ivir\HA1 tag.
