Designed for clonal analysis in wing disc and adult wing: Scer\GAL4 expressed in cells that have lost the FRT.f[+] element; used for clonal analysis the gene of interest, when appropriate UAS construct present; clones are simultaneously marked by expression of Ecol\lacZ in the imaginal disc and by f[-] phenotype in the adult wing. Stocks are attached to progenitor construct P{GAL4-lacZ-Ubx(FRT.f+).dC}; see Scer\GAL4FRT.Ubx elsewhere in this table.

Expression in abdomen inferred on basis of Ecol\lacZUbx.PdCRA expression.
