Description

A yem 5' genomic fragment containing the promoter region, the 5' UTR and part of the coding sequence (up to nucleotide 2354, coordinates according to FBrf0057147) drives lacZ reporter expression. The yem 3' UTR is fused downstream of the lacZ gene.
