Description

A single copy of the sev enhancer, defined as a 1.2 kb XhoI fragment, upstream of a 1.05 kb EcoRI/EcoRV fragment containing the endogenous sev promoter guides expression of regulates expression of a GAL4 driver. A polyA signal is provided by a 170 bp BamHI fragment.
