Scer\GAL4^Gr32a.3.776 drives expression in a subset of bitter-responsive gustatory receptor neurons of the labellum that project to regions PMS1-3 of the posterior maxillary sensory center.

Scer\GAL4^Gr32a.3.776 is expressed in 6 to 8 strongly staining cells of each labial palp, 5 cells of the front leg, and 3 cells each of the middle and third legs.

Scer\GAL4^Gr32a.3.776 expresses in two to three cells in the fourth and fifth tarsal segments of all legs. It is expressed in a single neuron in the terminal organ of the larva. Scer\GAL4^Gr32a.3.776 expresses in 6 neurons innervating a medial row of bristles of the labellum.
