Drives expression in the posterior signalling center of the lymph gland primary lobe, in pericardial cells (nephrocytes), and in abdominal Pdf neurons.

ScerGAL4Dot.PK drives expression at a high level in the posterior signalling center of the primary lobe of the lymph gland.

ScerGAL4Dot.PK drives expression the embryonic lymph gland after dorsal closure. ScerGAL4Dot.PK does not drive expression in embryonic macrophages, and does not coincide with that of ScerGAL4crq.PO, indicating that these drivers mark distinct hemocyte lineages.
