Molecular data
Construct: Artificial promoter containing three binding sites for Mmus\Pax6 homodimers in front of a TATA box drives the expression of the enhanced variant of Avic\GFP (EGFP).
Three tandem repeats of an artificially derived Mmus\Pax6 homodimer binding site are fused upstream of a TATA box driving expression of "EGFP".

Generated by phiC31\int-mediated integration of p3xP3-EGFP.vas-int.attB into a target "landing site" insertion of the M{3xP3-RFP.attP} construct.
The resulting inserted construct consists of a P1\loxP site, followed by a Disc\RFP[3xP3.PB] marker, followed by another P1\loxP site, followed by a Avic\GFP[E.3xP3] marker, followed by another P1\loxP site, followed by phiC31\int[vas.PB], which provides the integrase source. The presence of the P1\loxP sites mean that it is possible to eliminate the Disc\RFP[3xP3.PB] and Avic\GFP[E.3xP3] markers by cre-mediated recombination.
