hide Comments
This construct is expected to allow expression of a functional w gene.
Generated by phiC31\int-mediated integration of pwP-Ex2UASTattB into a target "landing site" insertion of the M{wEx3-6.attP} construct.
The resulting inserted construct consists of a P1\loxP site, followed by a Disc\RFP3xP3.PB marker, followed by another P1\loxP site, followed by wEx3-6, followed by wP-Ex2, followed by another P1\loxP site, followed by a Scer\UAS multiple cloning site. The presence of the P1\loxP sites mean that it is possible to eliminate the Disc\RFP3xP3.PB, wEx3-6 and wEx3-6 by cre-mediated recombination.
