	P{(FRT.w^3xP3.MtnB^{ΔATG.Scer\SceI.RS})} is a donor template for targeted knockout of MtnB by ends-in homologous targeting. The vector also contains a Crei\I-CreI.RS site (recognised by the enzyme Crei\I-CreI) which can allow reduction of the target locus duplication produced by the first homologous recombination event to a single copy. (Egli et al., 2006)
