Molecular data	Dsan\t sequences orthologous to the D.melanogaster t cis-regulatory element that is located in the non-coding region between Gr8a and CG15370 have been inserted upstream of Avic\GFP^{hs.Stinger.T:nls5} (a nuclear form of EGFP). The variant of the Dsan\t cis-regulatory element used in this construct has a 30bp deletion compared to the inferred ancestral state of the element, but retains the ancestral state at positions 272 and 323. (Jeong et al., 2008)
