Molecular data
A 7.55kb genomic fragment that contains the entire Hr96 gene along with two engineered deletions in the protein coding sequences. The first deletion is 26bp in length and removes the start codon. The second deletion is 331bp in length, removing all of exon 4, the downstream intron and the splice acceptor site for exon 5. A Scer\SceI.RS site has been inserted into the middle of the 7.55kb fragment (to make a cut between nucleotides 3699 and 3700).

Contains a 7.55kb genomic fragment that contains the entire Hr96 gene along with two engineered deletions in the protein coding sequences.
