Reference
Expression of Scer\GAL4[Gr28b.c.PT] is seen in approximately 45 neurons per labial palp. Scer\GAL4[Gr28b.c.PT] is found to be expressed in single neurons associated with the ventral cibarial sense organ, dorsal cibarial sense organ and the labral sense organ. Expression is found in at least two taste neurons and also in several non-chemosensory neurons associated with the fifth tarsal segment. Expression of Scer\GAL4[Gr28b.c.PT] is seen in a single, large cell at the base of the maxillary palpus that is not an olfactory sensory neuron. Expression is seen in approximately 5 neurons of, or near, the Johnston's organ. Expression of Scer\GAL4[Gr28b.c.PT] is seen in leg neurons thought to be stretch receptors or proprioreceptors. Expression of Scer\GAL4[Gr28b.c.PT] is seen in multidendritic neurons of all abdominal segments of the larvae.
