Additional Information
Statement
Reference

The Mt2genTG.T:AvicGFP-EGFP protein is enriched in the cytoplasm of ovaries in a homogenous distribution. Its distribution changes to a granular pattern upon heat shock.

The Mt2genTG.T:AvicGFP-EGFP protein is ubiquitously expressed throughout development, including most stages of gametogenesis, but not in mature sperm or the hub cell of the testis.

At the subcellular level, the Mt2genTG.T:AvicGFP-EGFP protein is mostly cytoplasmic, with some present in the nucleus. In early embryos, the cytoplasmic enrichment of Mt2genTG.T:AvicGFP-EGFP occurs at interphase, but the protein redistributes around nuclear structures during mitosis.
