Molecular data	Consists of the open reading frame of the "Venus" variant of Avic\GFP which is tagged at both the N-terminal and C-terminal end with T:Zzzz\StrepII. 3 copies of the T:Zzzz\FLAG tag are present at the N-terminal end of the open reading frame. A splice acceptor site from the Mhc gene is present at the 5' end of the open reading frame and a splice donor site from the Mhc gene is present at the 3' end of the open reading frame.
