Molecular data	Scer\UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the "GCaMP1.3" calcium sensor. This protein consists of a circularly permutated form of EGFP which is tagged at the N-terminal end with the M13 peptide of T:Ggal\MLCK and at the C-terminal end with T:Rat\Cam. Ca[2+]-binding results in a change in conformation of the chromophore, which can be detected as a change in fluorescence. (Reiff et al., 2005)
