Description

Mi{PT-DV.0} represents a transgenic construct generated in vivo by using phiC31:int-mediated recombination to replace the attP cassette of a Mi{MIC} element insertion with an intron phase 0 protein trap cassette from the pBS-KS-attB1-2-PT-SA-SD-0-Dendra-V5 plasmid. The protein trap cassette is composed of a splice acceptor site, a (GGS)[[4]] flexible linker, a multiple tag cassette (Dendra2-Tag:V5), another (GGS)[[4]] flexible linker and a splice donor site.
