Description

Mi{PT-GFSTF.1} represents a transgenic construct generated in vivo by using phiC31:int-mediated recombination to replace the attP cassette of a Mi{MIC} element insertion with an intron phase 1 protein trap cassette from the pBS-KS-attB1-2-PT-SA-SD-1-EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag plasmid. The protein trap cassette is composed of a splice acceptor site, a (GGS)[[4]] flexible linker, the 'GFSTF' multiple tag cassette (EGFP-Tag:CALI(TC)-Tag:StrepII-Tag:CS(TEVp)-3xTag:FLAG), another (GGS)[[4]] flexible linker and a splice donor site.
