Genomic fragment (BAC clone CH321-22I03) containing plum. Three copies of a Tag:HA tag plus a stop codon have been inserted at after residue G944 of the plum coding sequence, resulting in a truncated version of plum that ends 9 amino acid residues C-terminal to the predicated transmembrane domain.
