Description

A "stop cassette" consisting of tandem Hsp70 and SV40 transcription terminators flanked by copies of the KDRT recombinase target site separates twenty copies of the UAS site from the coding sequence for a membrane targeted, codon-optimised myristoylated form of DsRed(Unk).
