Description

αTub84B regulatory sequences drive expression of a Max cDNA. The Max sequence is located within an FRT cassette, which also contains a y+t* minigene marker. The GAL4 coding region is located downstream of the FRT cassette. Excision of the cassette using FLP results in expression of GAL4 under the control of the αTub84B regulatory sequences.
