UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\MAPT 1N4R isoform (1 N terminal domain and 4 R-repeats, 412aa). The ORF was codon-optimised for Drosophila expression and a 'Cavener start-ATG' was added to the 5' end.
