Description

5xUASt regulatory sequences drive 80 copies of GGXCGX (X being randomly any one of the four nucleotides), resulting in translation of a GR dipeptide repeat. Tagged at the N-terminal with Tag:FLAG. As a control, the first two nucleotides of the start codon ATG were mutated to TA to form the stop codon TAG.
