Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of polo that carries a T182D amino acid replacement (phosphomimetic mutation at the activation loop phosphorylation site in the kinase domain). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP. Synonymous codon replacements have been introduced into the transgene, so that it is insensitive to RNAi mediated by P{GD7563}.
