Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\TTR coding region, including the signal peptide (the sequence is codon-optimized for Drosophila). A A97S amino acid substitution (the major pathogenic variant of TTR familial amyloid polyneuropathy in the Taiwanese population) has been introduced into the coding sequence and it is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
