Description

The org-1 N, bi T and bi C domains have been fused in order separated by two or three junctional amino acids (A,G or T). Tag:MYC tags are at the C and N termini. A Tag:HA tag has been placed at the N terminus, a Tag:MYC tag at the C terminus. Expression of this construct is driven by Act5C sequences.
