  • This transcript differs from other sdk transcripts in the presence of a 24 bp mini exon. One cDNA with this mini exon was recovered in FBrf0098319, but it is not clear which 5' exon it is associated with. The curator has shown the longest known 5' exon as the first exon of this mRNA.
