Though cytologically invisible with the light microscope, in the EM only the 10A4-5 band proximal to 10A1-2 is seen i.e. 10A3 cannot be seen. It is not possible to distinguish between the various possibilities that the interband between 10A1-2 and 10A3, plus, or minus, some, or all, of 10A3 has been deleted.
