Member of large scale dataset(s)

A set of over 60 interchromosomal duplications derived from site-specific integration of retrofitted BACs, generated for the Bloomington Stock Center collection. BAC clones were 'retrofitted' using the plasmid TKVBL-w+ so that they were competent for Pacman style transgenesis, and inserted by phiC31-mediated recombination into the VK33 docking site on the third chromosome.

Genetic mapping information

A 152313bp duplication of sequence from the X chromosome (coordinates 1:1214632..1366945 , release 5) derived from the BACR06B22 BAC clone has been inserted into the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00033 docking site on the 3rd chromosome using phiC31-mediated recombination.
