Deletion extending from 973bp upstream of the sphe start site to 1807bp downstream of the sphe start site (revision of data in FBrf0237463).

Deletion resulting from the imprecise excision of Mi{ET1}spheMB11555 that removes the entire sphe transcript as well 46 bp of the 3'UTR of CG9673 and the 5'UTR of CG9676. The junction sequences are TTTATTT/TTTTATACA (upstream) and CCAGTC/ATGTTA (downstream).
