The expression of dshUAS.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 induces wing blisters and ectopic wing bristles.

The expression of dshUAS.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4bbg-C96 induces ectopic wing blade bristles.

Expression of dshScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC driven by Scer\GAL4tap-Gal4 results in a significant increase in the frequency of mild and severe mushroom body beta lobe axon midline crossing defects (no significant effect on frequency of missing alpha lobes) compared to wild type.

Expression of dshScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 results in defects in planar polarity in the leg and the joint between tarsal segments T4 and T5 is absent.

Adults expressing dshScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF have reduced eyes. Surviving flies expressing dshScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL469B have ectopic mechanosensory bristles near the wing margin, severe vein and planar polarity defects and in some cases have wing blisters.
