AlphaFold produces a per-residue confidence score (pLDDT) between 0 and 100. Some regions with low pLDDT may be unstructured in isolation.

Eps-15 is expressed in central brain neuropils. It is uniformly high amongst the different neuropils. In cross sections of the lamina, Eps-15 labelling reveals the outline of photoreceptor R1-R6 terminals, and particularly strong staining was seen at the sites facing the interior of the cartridge. Via immunoelectron microscopy, Eps-15 is seen amongst the vesicle pool in the cytoplasm of the photoreceptors, and often close to the capitate projection (invaginations from surrounding epithelial glial and specialised organelles for the endocytosis of vesicle membrane).

Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see GBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.
