AlphaFold produces a per-residue confidence score (pLDDT) between 0 and 100. Some regions with low pLDDT may be unstructured in isolation.

Possible stop-codon readthrough: CG45099 may correspond to a 5' extension of CG6015.
There is only one protein coding transcript and one polypeptide associated with this gene

Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see GBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.
One or more of the processed
transcripts for these genes contain two non-overlapping open reading frames (ORFs). The non-overlapping
ORFs are represented by CG6015 (FBgn0038927), CG45099 (FBgn0266538).
FlyBase curator comment: the insertion in the "f06954" Exelixis line (PBac{WH}BG4f06954) was originally assigned to the CG6015 gene in FBrf0179797, resulting in the "CG6015f06954" (FBal0161206) allele. However, FBrf0184340 shows that the insertion is actually within both BG4 and pit (nested genes).
