The following information and information in a linked spreadsheet accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Sue Celniker, BDGP and Kevin White, University of Chicago. BAC clones were recombineered to introduce sequences encoding fluorescence or epitope tags at specific positions within genes to tag specific protein isoforms. The clones were integrated at specific attP sites by phiC31 integrase-mediated transformation. Though the constructs are named for the tagged gene, other genes are often present in the constructs.
