Description

An internal deletion in P{UAS-Star.G} fuses a truncated S ORF to the w ORF, out of frame. The predicted product, still under the control of UAS regulatory sequences, is a S protein lacking the C-terminal 15 amino acids, fused to 31 aa encoded by the out of frame w sequence.
