ID (Ontology) |

| Definition |
Neuron that is part of a cluster of 10-12 eagle (FBgn0000560) expressing neurons deriving from multiple neuroblasts. These neurons develop form the same cluster as EG neurons, but leave the cluster in early stage 13. At embryonic stage 15, these neurons are found just medial to the EG cluster, both anterior and posteriorly.[ FlyBase:FBrf0086454 ] |
| Comment |
It might correspond to a motorneuron, as at stages 14-15, the axon projects caudally, turning laterally and exiting the CNS along the segmental nerve (Higashijima et al., 1996). |
