| Definition |
Projection of the sensory fibers that make up the accessory pharyngeal nerve in the adult tritocerebrum. The accessory pharyngeal nerve coalesces with the pharyngeal nerve, and the projections of these two nerves are located ventral to the esophagus. Fibers have a predominantly ipsilateral arborization. Two levels of arborization can be distinguished: dorsal and ventral.[ FlyBase:FBrf0080339 ] |
