Term adult tentorium ID (Ontology) FBbt:00004500 (Fly Anatomy)
Definition Internal sclerite of the adult head, ventral to the occipital foramen. On each side, it is fused with the head wall for some distance, and then becomes free, extending down to the anterior tentorial pit. It is formed by inward growths of the epidermis.
