ID (Ontology) |
FBbt:00007708 (Fly Anatomy) |
| Definition |
A dorso-medially located longitudinal subdivision of the larval central nervous system spanning the gnathal, thoracic and abdominal neuromeres (Hartenstein et al., 2018). In the tritocerebrum, there is no clear distinction between the dorsomedial and dorsolateral domains (Hartenstein et al., 2018). It is found at the same level as the dorsomedial domain; dorsal to the central domain (which contains the C1-3 fascicles) and the centromedial domain (which contains the VM fascicle) (Hartenstein et al., 2018). It contains the ipsilateral parts of the dorsal commissural bundles (Hartenstein et al., 2018).[ FlyBase:FBrf0237252 ] |
