Term adult mesothoracic anterior intermediate commissure ID (Ontology) FBbt:00047546 (Fly Anatomy)
Definition Curved commissure of the mesothoracic neuromere (Power, 1948). Its distal ends arise near the posterolateral sides of the neuromere (Power, 1948). It is formed of fibers of hemilineages 7B and 8B and crosses the midline posterior to the hemilineage 2A neurites (Court et al., 2020).
