Term adult superior lateral protocerebrum-asymmetrical body-fan-shaped body layer 8 neuron ID (Ontology) FBbt:00049145 (Fly Anatomy)
Definition Adult neuron that has dendritic arborizations in the superior lateral protocerebrum and presynaptic terminals in layer 8 of the fan-shaped body and the asymmetrical body (Wolff and Rubin, 2018). Some of these neurons also have presynaptic terminals in other fan-shaped body layers (Wolff and Rubin, 2018). They develop from the BAmv1 (LALv1) neuroblast (Kandimalla et al., 2023).[ FlyBase:FBrf0240744 FlyBase:FBrf0257023 ]
