| Definition |
Primary neurite tract of the posterior dorsal (PD) adult brain in the third clockwise position (from posterior perspective), from ventrolateral to dorsal to ventromedial, of PD tracts that enter the lateral horn (Frechter et al., 2019). Lateral horn neurons that enter the neuropil via this tract are predominantly local neurons (Frechter et al., 2019). Neurons of this type are larval-born (secondary neurons) and belong to the dorsal hemilineage of neuroblast LHd2 (DPLm2) (Schlegel et al., 2021).[ FlyBase:FBrf0242628 FlyBase:FBrf0249560 ] |
