Term adult lateral horn AV4b8 neuron ID (Ontology) FBbt:00049355 (Fly Anatomy)
Definition Adult lateral horn output neuron of the AV4b8 group that fasciculates with the AV4 primary neurite tract (Frechter et al., 2019; Dolan et al., 2019). There are seven of these neurons per hemisphere and they are GABAergic (Dolan et al., 2019).[ FlyBase:FBrf0242477 FlyBase:FBrf0242628 ]
Also Known As "adult anterior ventral tract 4 neuron b8" ; "adult AV4b8 neuron" ; "adult LHAV4b8 neuron" (for all, see Synonyms field below)
Comment No 'LHAV4b8' type in neuprint hemibrain 1.2.1 data, but notes suggest this may correspond to LHAV4e7. This type was not listed among LHl1 lateral or LHl4 anterior hemilineage groups in Schlegel et al. (2021) - FBrf0249560.
