Term adult lateral horn AV6b1 neuron ID (Ontology) FBbt:00049364 (Fly Anatomy)
Definition Adult lateral horn output neuron of the AV6b1 group that fasciculates with the AV6 primary neurite tract (Dolan et al., 2019). It is a secondary neuron that is part of the BLAd1 (LHa1) medial hemilineage (Bates et al., 2020).[ FlyBase:FBrf0242477 FlyBase:FBrf0246460 FlyBase:FBrf0249560 ]
Also Known As "adult anterior ventral tract 6 neuron b1" ; "adult AV6b1 neuron" ; "adult LHAV6b1 neuron" (for all, see Synonyms field below)
Comment Dolan et al. (2019) found one of these neurons and determine that it is GABAergic by immunohistochemistry, Schlegel et al. (2021) list five and predict them to be cholinergic.
