| Definition | Type II centromedial neuroblast of the posterior deutocerebrum (Pereanu and Hartenstein, 2006; Hartenstein et al., 2015). Its primary lineage enters the ventromedial cerebrum and contributes to the longitudinal ventral posterior fascicle (Hartenstein et al., 2015). Its complex secondary lineage has four main sublineage tracts (Lovick et al., 2013) and reaches many parts of the brain (Ito et al., 2013; Yu et al., 2013), including the central complex (Kandimalla et al., 2023).
