Term adult hydrangea subesophageal neuron ID (Ontology) FBbt:00051899 (Fly Anatomy)
Definition Adult projection neuron with its soma in the lateral subesophageal zone (Sterne et al., 2021). It has axonal arborization in the inferior clamp and superior medial protocerebrum and both dendritic and axonal arborization in the prow, flange and gnathal ganglion (Sterne et al., 2021). It is bilateral, with most of its innervation in the contralateral hemisphere (Sterne et al., 2021).[ FlyBase:FBrf0251280 ]
